She’s super freaky, ow.

Today as I was waiting for a red light to turn green, I noticed flalling arms in my rearview mirror.

When I looked closer, I realized the woman sitting in the car directly behind me was dancing feverishly to the music she was listening to.

The music she was listening to was Rick James ‘Super Freak’ and the reason I know this is because I was tuned to the same radio station and I saw her mouthing the words.

When I looked even closer (because I couldn’t help but stare at her) I noticed that I infact work with this woman.

Around the office she is very quiet. Actually, she’s pretty mousy. Always creeping around in her oversized blazer jacket, never making eye contact if you happen to be walking down the hall at the same time. And there she was singing her heart out a la Rick James, beating the steering wheel with her hands. Not a care in the world.

I was so shocked by this image that the light turned green and I failed to notice. So did she. She was too wrapped up in the warm melodic lyrics of Super Freak.

Next time I see Mousy in the halls, I am DEFINITELY belting out that tune, complete with her signature dance moves.

“She’s a very kinky girrrl. The kind you don’t take home to motha…” break it down now.
